The process of publishing an individual issue of the journal is as follows.
All editorial work takes place through the
Editorial System programme.
The editor-in-chief is in constant contact with the other members of the journal's editorial board and together they make decisions about the publication of articles.
Plagiarism check
First, the article undergoes an anti-plagiarism check with
CrossRef and iThenticate Similarity Check. If plagiarism is detected during the initial checking/pre-screening by the Editorial Board or during the peer review process, the manuscript will be rejected or withdraw.
Review process
After positive plagiarism verification, the article is sent for peer review. The principles of double blind review and conflict of interest are observed at this stage. Reviewers may make different final decisions depending on the level of the submitted manuscript:
- accept without changes
- accept after changes suggested by reviewer
- rate manuscript once again after major changes and another review
- reject
- withdraw.
Production process
Once the review stage is completed, the article goes to
linguistic verification, which is carried out by a native speaker.
The next stage is called
composition: text is typeset by the qualified staff of
MEERI PAS Publishing House.
Proof-reading - Author
Subsequently, after preparation in the graphics programme, it goes to the author for proofreading and approval of the text as it will appear in print and on the journal website.
Final works
The next stage involves technical corrections.
After the editorial and graphic work is completed, the article is published on the website.
Complaints, post-publication discussions, corrections, and retractions

Minor corrections are possible through comments posted by the Editorial Board to the online version of the paper. Major corrections will be published via correction article, fully indexed, and linked to the original paper.
